The manuals warn that the blending jar and both blades “are subject to wear during normal use” and should be inspected for nicks, chips, cracks or looseness. Below are the part numbers we’ve been able to match to specific models, with where each fitment claim comes from. Always confirm your model number (on the label under the base) against the listing before you order.
The manuals list a manufacturer customer-service number for replacement parts (US: 1-877-689-2737 as printed in the Bahamas and Fiji manuals). Those manuals are several years old; the number may have changed.

Which part do I need?
- Liquid leaking from the bottom of the jar: the Bahamas manual says to check that the blending blade sealing ring is installed and the jar base is tight. A worn or missing ring is the usual culprit — see troubleshooting.
- Coarse, chunky ice: often tempered vs. rock-hard ice, but a dull or nicked ice shaving blade also does it.
- Jar spins but drink doesn’t blend: inspect the blending blade and the coupler that connects the jar to the base.
- Cracked jar: the manuals say never to use a cracked jar. Avoid temperature shocks (don’t add ice to a jar straight out of a hot dishwasher).
