Recipe sizing for the Bali
Every recipe on this site includes a column for this machine. The baseline comes straight from the manual’s margarita: Bali DM3500 (half chamber) — 11 fl oz of liquid; Bali DM3500 (full chamber) — 22 fl oz of liquid. Use about that much liquid per batch and the shaver will produce the intended texture.
