Recipe sizing for the Key West
Every recipe on this site includes a column for this machine. The baseline comes straight from the manual’s margarita: Key West DM1000/DM1946 (3 drinks) — 9.75 fl oz of liquid. Use about that much liquid per batch and the shaver will produce the intended texture.
